Hitachi Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern Developer with a specialization in Business Analysis to join our dynamic team. This full-time internship offers an exceptional opportunity for final-year students or recent graduates with 0 years of experience to kickstart their career in a global technology leader. As an Intern Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, contributing to impactful projects that drive innovation. You will gain hands-on experience in various stages of the software development lifecycle, learning from experienced professionals and developing core skills essential for a successful career in IT and business analysis.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Support the creation of functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
- Participate in system design discussions and help translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against initial requirements.
- Learn and apply business analysis methodologies and best practices under the guidance of senior BAs.
- Prepare and present findings or documentation to internal teams.
- Contribute to project documentation and knowledge management efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 0 years of professional experience, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow in a Business Analyst role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
Preferred Requirement
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with basic database concepts and SQL.
- Any prior academic projects or coursework related to business analysis, system design, or software development.
- Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) or basic wireframing tools.
- Good academic record or relevant extracurricular activities.
