About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time testnhabro Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with approximately 1 year of experience looking to gain further exposure in business analysis within a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support various projects by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This is a remote/flexible position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant initiatives without direct management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques.
- Support the creation of functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Participate in meetings and workshops with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Help prepare and deliver clear and concise documentation, including process flows, wireframes, and business requirement documents.
- Collaborate with senior Business Analysts and project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
- Assist in testing activities, including reviewing test plans and validating solutions against requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business analyst role or a related analytical position.
- Demonstrated understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Prior experience in a technology-driven company or relevant industry.
- Certifications such as ECBA or equivalent.
